What we do

We provide personalized home watch services for a limited number of properties in the Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Daniel Island and Mount Pleasant areas of South Carolina. Service is provided only for the seasonal resident of a true second home, not rental properties. Receiving the keys to your home, watching it for potential issues, and providing you meaningful feedback are responsibilities that CCHW takes very seriously. Our services will always be provided in a systematic, professional manner for the quality of work you would expect for your investment.​

Primary Services

Our objective is to provide you peace of mind. The joy of owning a vacation home can easily be diminished if you are constantly concerned about what might be going on in and around your seasonal home. An unoccupied house is a vulnerable house. Charleston Coastal House Watch will be your eyes and ears on the ground while you’re away. We will throughly observe conditions inside and outside of your home on a planned schedule.  We will report issues immediately after inspection, with clear descriptions and photos. Our objective is to discover issues early before they can develop into an expensive project due to lack of attention.
